  • No. However, discounted goods are items that remain unsold for eight weeks, after which their listed price will be reduced. A discount of approximately 5% is applied per week, with a maximum discount cap of 60%. Once the maximum discount period is reached, the items will be liquidated.

  • No, Kuwaiti Law is prohibiting donation collection from outside the organization. We only provide you with the Donation Slot packing to protect the donated goods from damage. However, you may only drop the donated goods to our listed head office location.

  • A Donation Slot is defined as a standardized contribution unit consisting of three packs of shoes, three packs of dresses, and three packs of accessories.
